Nourishing  and revitalising detox yoga flow to renew your energetic body, calm  your mind, and re-centre. This practice is about getting back to the  best version of you and make you glow from inside and out.

Amelia invites you to take some time on the mat to step back, step  in, and assess or reassess. Connect to the body and breath and let go of  what no longer serves you; invite positive energy and gratitude into  your heart.

Boost your energy flow and expand the body with this energising, yet  gentle practice. This integrative session is designed to bring a gentle  opening to all parts of the body...and to your mind too. Build strength,  increase flexibility and expand all possibilities. This full-body  session will replenish and help you clear any stagnant energy welcoming a  clear mind and a strong body.

We will use Pranayama techniques, such as Breath of Fire  (Kapalabhati) to increase metabolism and energy flow and Bhastrika  breath, which cleanses and energises the body and the digestive system,  clearing the mind too.

This yoga sequence is designed help aid digestion and reset your  system and perfect for when you need a nice yogic kick in your life.  Detoxify and flush out any toxins. Lovingly deepen your relationship  with your belly to help yourself get back to the best version of you!  Find grace and work towards ease in the twists and turns of this flow.  Trust yourself. Cultivate a healthy flow of energy you need to rise up!  Finishing the practice with a mindfulness meditation to get fully  present in the moment.
