Sarvāṅga Yoga – Terms & Conditions of Booking
Health & Responsibility
By attending any class, workshop or session at Sarvāṅga Yoga, you confirm that you are fit and well to participate.
If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, you should seek advice from a qualified medical professional before attending. You agree to inform your teacher of anything that may affect your practice.
Participation in all classes is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for your health and wellbeing during and after any session.
Liability
Sarvāṅga Yoga takes reasonable care to provide a safe and supportive environment. However:

We are not responsible for injuries sustained where guidance is not followed or relevant health information has not been disclosed.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the studio.
Studio Etiquette

The studio is a shoe-free space.

No food or glass items are permitted in the practice space.

Appropriate clothing must be worn at all times.

For hygiene reasons, socks must be worn if you have foot conditions such as verrucas.
In the event of an emergency, please follow staff guidance and exit safely.
Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings are non-refundable except where required by law or where Sarvāṅga Yoga cancels a session.

24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a class.

10 days’ notice is required for workshops or events.
Additional Terms for Specific Offerings

Some workshops, courses, trainings or special events may have specific booking and cancellation terms which differ from our standard policy.

These will be provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to review these before confirming your place, as they will apply to your booking.
Cancellations must be made via your online account.

If cancelled within the notice period, credit will be returned to your account.

Late cancellations or non-attendance will result in loss of credit.
We are unable to make exceptions to this policy except in exceptional circumstances or where required by law.
Memberships & Class Passes
Memberships, class packs and promotional offers are subject to their own terms, including validity periods, usage limits and conditions.
These will be provided at the time of purchase. By purchasing a membership or class pack, you agree to those terms.
Class credits and memberships must be used within their stated validity period and cannot be extended unless explicitly agreed.
Arrival
Please arrive in good time for your session. Late entry may not be permitted, particularly once a class has begun, and no refunds or credits will be issued in this case.
Studio Changes

We reserve the right to amend the schedule, change teachers, or cancel sessions where necessary.

If we cancel a session, you will be offered a credit or refund.
Classes with low attendance may be cancelled.
Online Classes
Where sessions are delivered online, you are responsible for ensuring you have a safe space to practise. Participation remains at your own risk.
Code of Conduct
We are committed to a respectful and welcoming environment.
Abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other students will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
Right to Refuse Entry
Sarvāṅga Yoga reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. In such cases, no refund will be given.
Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to illness, government restrictions, or venue issues). Where possible, alternative arrangements or credits will be offered.
Data Protection
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Agreement
By making a booking, you agree to these terms and accept responsibility for managing your bookings and attendance.
