Reiki & Seichem are gentle yet powerful energy healing systems that work with the body's subtle energy field to support physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Rooted in ancient traditions and intuitive connection, these therapies offer a calm, non-invasive way to bring the system back into balance.
Crystal Healing uses the natural frequencies of selected stones and crystals to support energetic alignment. Each session is carefully attuned to your individual needs, helping to clear blockages, deepen insight, and restore harmony.
Sessions are fully clothed and take place on a comfortable therapy bed layered with blankets and sheepskins. You’ll be warmly welcomed into a quiet space of intentional care.
Reiki + Seichem
A gentle, intuitive energy session to restore balance, release tension, and support deep rest across body, mind, and spirit. Includes light touch or hands-off healing.
Crystal Healing
Crystals are placed around the body to support energetic realignment, emotional clarity, and nervous system reset. Grounding, subtle, and deeply soothing.
Reiki + Crystal Healing
A combined session blending energy healing and crystal therapy for full-spectrum support. Nurturing, rebalancing, and ideal during times of transition or energetic depletion.

You’ll be welcomed gently into the space and invited to share anything you’d like Shelley to know.

You’ll lie comfortably on a therapy bed, fully clothed and warmly covered.

Shelley will guide the session through hands-off or light touch techniques (with consent), working with energy flow, breath, and intuitive insight.

Afterward, you’ll have a few moments to integrate quietly, and receive any insights, with optional tea or water before leaving.
