Our weekly timetable weaves together strength, stillness and rest. 

 

Whether you're here to build strength, slow down, or simply take a pause, there's space for you here.

Explore our class styles guide below. Some styles you'll find blended with others, such as "Qigong + Sound" or "Yin + Restore".

 

No pressure. No performance. Just real practice, in good company.

Breath

Simple, powerful breathwork practices to calm the nervous system, shift energy, and support inner balance. See here for Breathwork events..

 

Suitable for all levels.

Flow

A fluid vinyasa practice to build strength, space, and presence. Often includes standing poses, transitions, and grounding stillness.


A little stronger but open to all.

Meditation

Guided meditation practices to help settle the mind and reconnect with breath, body, and presence. See Meditation events.

No experience needed.

Prenatal

A gentle, grounding practice supporting body and mind through pregnancy. Promotes ease, connection, and calm.

Courses booked via The Shala

Qigong

A meditative movement practice rooted in Chinese tradition. Gentle, flowing sequences to balance energy and support vitality.

 

Slow, grounding, and open to all.

Restore

A deeply restful class using props, long holds, and gentle guidance. Designed to soothe the body and quiet the mind.


Perfect for unwinding, open to all.

Slow Flow

A steady, fluid vinyasa class with space to explore alignment, transitions, and presence. Strength-building, focused, and intentionally paced.
Beginner friendly, open to all.

Sound

A meditative sound session using instruments like singing bowls and gongs to guide you into deep rest. You'll usually find these in our Shala Events.

No movement, just receive and relax. Wear something cosy.

Yin

A slow, floor-based practice using long holds to release deep tension and hydrate the fascia. Supports stillness, flexibility, and deep rest.


Open to all — no rush, no strain.

Yoga Bou

A quietly powerful practice using the Yoga Bou staff to support mobility, alignment, strength, and embodied awareness.

Outdoors this summer with The Shala.


Open to all — no rush, no strain.

Yoga Nidra

Also known as “yogic sleep,” this is a guided deep rest practice done lying down. Supports deep restoration, clarity, and calm. See Events.


You don’t need to move at all — just come as you are.
