Class Styles
Breath
Simple, powerful breathwork practices to calm the nervous system, shift energy, and support inner balance.
Suitable for all levels.
Hatha Core
A steady, strength focused class designed to build stability from the centre outward. Expect mindful yoga with pilates inspiration, bands and props. Mindful movement that’s never rushed.
All levels welcome.
Qigong
A meditative movement practice rooted in Chinese tradition. Gentle, flowing sequences to balance energy and support vitality.
Slow, grounding, and open to all.
Sound
A meditative sound session using instruments like singing bowls and gongs to guide you into deep rest. Most often found as an event rather than a class.
No movement — just receive and relax. Wear something cosy.
Flow
A fluid practice to build strength, space, and presence. Often includes standing poses, transitions, and grounding stillness.
Options offered for all levels.
Meditation
Guided meditation practices to help settle the mind and reconnect with breath, body, and presence. Often includes breathwork or mantra.
No experience needed.
Restore
A deeply restful class using props, long holds, and gentle guidance. Designed to soothe the body and quiet the mind.
Perfect for unwinding, open to all.
Yin
A slow, floor-based practice using long holds to release deep tension and hydrate the fascia. Supports stillness, flexibility, and deep rest.
Open to all — no rush, no strain.
Hatha
A steady-paced class combining postures, breath awareness, and short meditations. Grounding, clear, and accessible.
Ideal for beginners and beyond.
Moving Meditations
A Kundalini-inspired class with rhythmic movement, breath, and mantra to energise and uplift.
Grounding, awakening, and open to all.
Slow Flow
A steady, fluid class with space to explore alignment, transitions, and presence in each pose. Strength-building, focused, and intentionally paced.
Open to all levels.
Yoga Nidra
Also known as “yogic sleep,” this is a guided deep rest practice done lying down. Supports deep restoration, clarity, and calm.
You don’t need to move at all — just come as you are.
