At Sarvāṅga, we honour the full arc of life—from pregnancy to early parenthood, and beyond. Our family and antenatal offerings are designed to support connection, regulation, and presence—for both children and adults.

 

Whether you're moving through the sacred changes of pregnancy, sharing yoga with your little ones, or seeking time to reconnect after birth, these sessions offer warmth, community, and care.

Current Offerings

Family Yoga
Family Yoga

A joyful, heart-opening practice for children (ages 4–10) and their grown-ups. Expect playful movement, partner poses, breath awareness, and moments of stillness. A chance to connect, move, and share quality time—no experience needed.

Mum and Baby Wellbeing
Parent & Baby Sound Baths

Soothing, sensory sound sessions for parents with babies (pre-crawling). A chance to rest, regulate, and reset—together. Includes gentle sound healing, a soft space to lie or feed, and a warm welcome to simply be.

Pregnancy Yoga
Pregnancy Yoga

Nourishing, grounded movement and breathwork for the journey of pregnancy, led by a trusted external teacher. These classes support strength, softness, and connection with your changing body and growing baby.
