Join our pregnancy yoga classes in Wokingham. From 12 weeks into your pregnancy find gentle ways to strengthen, stretch and relax during our pregnancy yoga classes. These are a fab way to meet other expectant mums and explore yoga, meditation and breathwork during pregnancy.
Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm - 4 week courses starting monthly.
Our courses run for 4 consecutive weeks from their start dates. Join as many courses as you like, from 12 weeks all the way up until birth!
