Why Sarvāṅga?
We’re not a high-street fitness studio.
We’re a small, soulful space designed for presence, grounding, and honest practice...
-
No performance.
-
No pressure.
Just movement, breath, and space to return to yourself.
Our classes include yoga, qigong, meditation, sound, and deep-rest practices - all taught by thoughtful, warm teachers who meet you exactly where you are.
If you’ve found your way here, take it as a sign.
