New Here? Welcome.
Everything you need to know before your first visit.
Stepping into a new space can feel like a lot. This page is here to make it simple. Whether you're brand new to yoga or just new to Sarvāṅga, you're in the right place.
How to Begin
1. Start with our Intro Offer
Try up to 10 classes in 21 days for £30. A gentle way to explore different class styles, meet our teachers, and find what feels right.

2. Choose a class
All our classes are open to beginners unless noted otherwise. You’ll find slower options, stronger flows, and restful practices throughout the week.
If you're unsure where to start, we’re happy to help.
3. Book online
Pre-booking is essential. You can book via our website or through our app. If a class is full, join the waitlist—spaces often open up.
Before You Arrive
– Doors open 10–15 minutes before class. We lock the door at start time to protect the space, so please arrive early.
– Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. We provide mats and props, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
– Let your teacher know if you’re new or working with anything physical. We’re here to support you.
What to Expect
Sarvāṅga is a relaxed, welcoming space. There are no mirrors, no weight machines pounding in the next room, and no pressure to perform—just presence, practice, and room to be yourself.
We keep things simple:
– Movement, breath, and rest
– Respect for all bodies and abilities
– A warm, down-to-earth community
