I'm Rebecca, a yoga & meditation teacher and founder of the Sarvanga Yoga studio in Wokingham.

I am honoured to be able to invite you to join us in this beautiful space, in which I am proud to host a team of talented, dedicated local teachers and practitioners or yoga, pilates, meditation and more. 


We hope this studio will be your sanctuary, a place of peace and connection.

Whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi we want to offer you warm, friendly and peaceful sessions in which to let go of the day-to-day and immerse yourself in the mind-body-soul practice of yoga & meditation.

Gain confidence on the mat on our beginners courses, perfect for people new or returning to yoga, or anyone wishing to improve their understanding and confidence.

Be introduced to yoga asana (physical yoga postures), breathwork and relaxation, in the company of other newbies, under the guidance of an experienced teacher.

Part of out Easy Going Yoga For Improvers Series. Discover a deeper exploration of the Hips and Shoulders, opening up your understanding of your anatomny and pose alignment, and helping you gain mobility and stability in these crucial joints.



Breathe, stretch, strengthen and unwind with flowing mindful asana, pranayama and meditation. Weekly classes & courses for all expereince levels.


Blissful relaxation sessions, heart-centred kirtan, and workshops to deepen your understanding of yoga, see what's coming up at Sarvanga Yoga.
