About Sarvāṅga
A quiet space to move, breathe, and come home to yourself.
Movement. Ritual. Community.
Tucked away just outside Wokingham, Sarvāṅga is a small, intentionally created yoga and wellbeing space.
We offer yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound, seasonal ritual, rest, workshops and healing — all held in a space that feels more like a sanctuary than a studio. We teach with intention, and trust in the power of simple things done well.
It’s embodied, rooted, conscious practice.
The kind that steadies the nervous system, awakens the breath, and brings you home to yourself.

Our Story
Sarvanga was founded by Rebecca in 2015 — first as a name, then as a path, and finally as a place.
Rooted in traditional yoga lineages, Rebecca’s early teaching was devotional and strong. Over time — through deeper study, motherhood, and the changing seasons — her path softened. Breath came before movement. Rest became sacred. And practice became more about rhythm than repetition.
Sarvanga evolved with her — from a small offering to a held space for those seeking something quieter, something deeper. Today, Rebecca tends to the studio behind the scenes, gently shaping its vision and nurturing its community.

What Sarvāṅga means
Sarvāṅga
In Devanagari: सर्वाङ्ग
Pronounced sar-VAHN-ga, Sarvāṅga is a Sanskrit word meaning “the whole body.” It speaks to the way we approach practice — as something integrated, inclusive, and rooted in wholeness.
Our name reflects what we aim to offer: a space where your whole self is welcome.
