Gong Master Karen welcomes you into the sanctuary of the studio for an evening of deep rest and intention, held beneath the energy of the New Moon - a natural pause point for listening inward and beginning again.

We’ll begin with gentle breathwork to soften the nervous system, release inner turbulence, and create spaciousness. From here, you’ll be guided into a short intention-setting practice - a moment of “dream-seed time,” where new ideas are planted into the rich, receptive soil beneath the surface of awareness.

You’ll then be invited to settle in with pillows and blankets as the sound journey begins. The resonant tones of the gong and Tibetan singing bowls wash through the body, guiding brainwaves into relaxed alpha states and, for some, deeper theta rhythms.
