About the course
This five-week course offers a clear, welcoming introduction to prāṇāyāma (yogic breathing) and meditation, woven gently through the wider framework of the Eight Limbs of Yoga.
Designed for beginners - or those returning after time away - the course moves at an accessible pace, combining simple breath practices, guided meditation, and reflective teaching. Rather than focusing on performance or “emptying the mind”, we explore breath and attention as skills that can be learned and applied in everyday life.
