A subtle, powerful system of energy healing to restore balance on every level. This 1:1 session combines Reiki and Seichem—gentle yet potent healing systems that support physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. Working through light touch or hands-off energy flow, Shelley intuitively guides the session to help release blockages, regulate the nervous system, and bring the body into a state of rest and balance. Expect a calm, nurturing experience. You’ll remain fully clothed and rest on a comfortable therapy bed. The session includes a short check-in and time to integrate afterward. A full consultation will be carried out at you first appointment, with follow-ups at each subsequent appointment.
Cancellation Policy
The Shala at Sarvāṅga Energy Healing Appointments – Terms & Waiver Booking & Payment All energy healing appointments must be booked and paid for in full online in advance. Bookings are made through The Shala at Sarvāṅga, acting as booking agent for sessions provided by the named therapist. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. With more than 24 hours’ notice, you may: Reschedule your appointment, subject to therapist availability, or Request a refund, less a £5 administration fee. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time, as well as no-shows, are treated as missed sessions and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. The full appointment fee still applies. If a therapist is unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a full refund. Therapist & Session Responsibility Energy healing sessions are delivered by an independent therapist. The Shala at Sarvāṅga is not responsible for the content, outcomes, or effectiveness of individual treatments. Health & Personal Responsibility Waiver By booking and attending, you confirm that: Energy healing (including Reiki, Seichem, and Crystal Healing) is a complementary practice and not a substitute for medical or psychological care. You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, mental health considerations, or medications prior to your session. You take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during and after the session. You understand that individual responses vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. Conduct & Studio Policy Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward therapists and staff. The Shala at Sarvāṅga has a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive or inappropriate behaviour. Sessions may be refused or discontinued if conduct is deemed unsafe, with no refund issued.
