Pre & Postnatal Classes

Prenatal yoga is the perfect way to move your body, relax, and meet other mums to be during your pregnancy.  And once baby has arrived, a lovely way to bond, move together and spend time with other new mummies!

Pregnancy Yoga

No experience needed. Suitable from 12 weeks.

From 12 weeks into your pregnancy find gentle ways to strengthen, stretch and relax during our pregnancy yoga classes. These are a fab way to meet other expectant mums and explore yoga, meditation and breathwork during pregnancy.

Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga

No experience needed. Best from 8 weeks.

A laidback, friendly, gently strengthening and relaxing postnatal yoga course for mum where babies are welcome to join in or sit and watch, nap, feed, play or be cuddled and make all the noise they want!

Best after your 6/8 week check.
