Join our pregnancy yoga classes in Wokingham. From 12 weeks into your pregnancy find gentle ways to strengthen, stretch and relax during our pregnancy yoga classes. These are a fab way to meet other expectant mums and explore yoga, meditation and breath-work during pregnancy.
