From 12/14 weeks into your pregnancy find gentle ways to strengthen, stretch and relax during our pregnancy yoga classes. These are a fab way to meet other expectant mums and explore yoga, meditation and breathwork during pregnancy.

No experience needed. Best from 8 weeks.

A laidback, friendly, gently strengthening and relaxing postnatal yoga course for mum where babies are welcome to join in or sit and watch, nap, feed, play or be cuddled and make all the noise they want!

Mondays 11:30am starting 7th June
