Prenatal yoga is the perfect way to move your body, relax, and meet other mums to be during your pregnancy.  And once baby has arrived, a lovely way to bond, move together and spend time with other new mummies!  See below for classes with our specialist pregnancy & postnatal teachers.

Pregnancy Yoga

No experience needed. Suitable from 12 weeks.

From 12 weeks into your pregnancy find gentle ways to strengthen, stretch and relax during our pregnancy yoga classes. These are a fab way to meet other expectant mums and explore yoga, meditation and breathwork during pregnancy.

Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga

No experience needed. Best from 8 weeks.

A laidback, friendly, gently strengthening and relaxing postnatal yoga course for mum where babies are welcome to join in or sit and watch, nap, feed, play or be cuddled and make all the noise they want!

Best after your 6/8 week check.

More than a Mum Course

New mums - 5 week course

  • The chance to share your story of becoming a mum, with other women who have recently given birth too.

  • A confidential group in which to talk openly about the challenges that first-time motherhood brings.

  • Help to reflect on your mental health and wellbeing and to look at ways to optimise this, including lifestyle tips and expert advice.

  • To reconnect with your sense of self and to rediscover what makes you special.

  • To create your own unique wellbeing toolkit.
