A supportive space for pregnancy and early motherhood. We host specialist prenatal and mum & baby yoga (facilitated by private teachers) alongside intimate postnatal events like sound healing and mother’s circles.

Pregnancy Yoga
No experience needed. Suitable from 12 weeks.
From 12 weeks into your pregnancy find gentle ways to strengthen, stretch and relax during our pregnancy yoga classes. These are a fab way to meet other expectant mums and explore yoga, meditation and breathwork during pregnancy.
Booking: These classes are run privately by specialist teachers and are not included in our studio passes or memberships.

Mum & Baby Events
No experience needed. Suitable post birth.
We also offer intimate gatherings for mothers and babies, focused on rest, connection, and renewal.
Mum & Baby Sound Healing – A deeply restorative sound bath where mothers can relax while babies absorb gentle vibrations. Dads, partners, expectant mums, carers and grandparents welcome!
