Shed patterns and beliefs that are no longer serving you

Understand who you’ve been

Explore who you’re becoming

We are thrilled to extend an invitation to our latest workshop, where you will be guided through the many hills and valleys of transformation using visualization-based meditation and therapeutic movement. Join us as we undertake the foreboding, deeply craved and sometimes all too abrupt change. If you feel stuck and you’re craving a change or you're going through a significant life change like a divorce, relocation, becoming a parent, or embarking on a new career path, even if you simply sense an internal shift without quite grasping its nature, this workshop is designed to help you shed who you’ve been and explore who you’re becoming. Meditation is quickly becoming recognized as one of the most effective self development tools and we are beyond excited to be part of the revolution. Led by Amoreena Mann, a Drama and Movement Therapist registered with HCPC and BADTh, this 2-hour intensive offers an integrative and supported approach to handling change. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the effects of their ongoing transitions, identify aspects of their psyche that may cling to outdated self-perceptions, and process the profound shifts occurring within them.
