New Moon Sound Ceremony

Karen welcomes you to the sanctuary of the studio for this evening of rest and intention under the energy of the New Moon.  Firstly some breathwork to release inner turmoil and create space....  We will then set our intentions "the dream seed time "  where new ideas will germinate in the nutrient rich soil of your soul.  Then it's time to snuggle up with pillows and blankets and receive the powerful healing of sound from a gong and tibetan singing bowls. The sound waves will allow you to drift into Alpha brain waves and possibly deeper into Theta, this is where we have the opportunity to access the subconscious mind and sow the seeds of our intentions.  A blisssful and soul norishing evening.  Level: all levels Restrictions: over 16s only
