This session is your invitation to  press pause and to check in with your whole-self. Restore, nourish and  unwind from the busyness of life. This gentle and soothing yoga practice  is designed to balance your energetic and physical body.

Invite stillness, a sense of calm, peace and harmony into your inner  world. In this slow restorative flow, we will work to target areas of  the body that may feel tired and are in need of a little extra TLC. With  the tempo of this therapeutic practice, you will get a chance to  re-focus on the present moment. This flow is designed to help you handle  stress and improve your mental, physical, and emotional health. Take  some time for yourself and your wellbeing.

We’ll practice opening up the heart and hips to release stagnant  energy and release any negative emotions, whilst practicing mindfulness,  gratitude and self-love.
