A playful, relaxed yoga class for children aged 4+ and the grown-ups who love them.

Together we'll move, stretch, breathe, balance and laugh through imaginative yoga games, partner poses, mindful moments and simple relaxation. Each class is designed to nurture confidence, connection and creativity while giving families the chance to slow down and enjoy quality time together.

No previous yoga experience is needed, just come as you are, ready to move, play and explore together. A chance to slow down, share presence, and plant seeds of wellbeing that can last a lifetime.
