Yoga For Children, Teens & Families

Yoga,  relaxation and mindfulness for kids. Fun, interactive and accessible in-studio courses for children and teens which build confidence, balance and strength.

Family Halloween Half Term Yoga

Come join us for fun family Halloween half term yoga!

Beginners are welcome to come along and explore some silly spooky poses and magical meditations. All witches, wizards, ghost and ghouls from ages 5 and up are welcome to come and stretch, move and work together!

Costumes are encouraged so please do dress in your Halloween best!

Best for children aged 5-12 accompanied by an adult.

Fun, light-hearted classes for children in which we explore yoga and relaxation through physical postures and movement, stories, games, guided breathing & relaxation.

Taught be experienced childrens yoga and dance teacher Kathryn at the studio.
