Choose YOU. Step on the mat with  Amelia to open up your heart to self-love, you owe it to yourself. Tune  into the breath, honour your body, and lean into love. Carve out a  little bit of time and space to just be where you are. You are worthy.  This workshop will allow you to dial inward, connect and do something  nice for your whole-self. Commit to your relationship to yourself so  that you can feel strong, supported and yes...loved. You deserve it. And  when you feel connected, strong, centred and loved - you will have the  energy manifest your wildest dreams.

Take your yoga practice to the next level with this heart opening,  compassionate journaling yoga and meditation evening. We'll practice to  open up our heart centre through gentle movement and conscious breath.  Focusing on the energy of the heart chakra, which is tied to love for  ourselves and others, balance, intimacy and compassion. Journaling  before and after this tender practice, which will give you the chance to  cultivate a deeper connect to your emotions and who you truly are.

Self-love will heal you, empower you, restore you, and open up new  worlds within you and all around you. Self-love is the key to your  mental, spiritual and emotional health.

Allow yourself to relax, restore and rejuvenate. Allow love in. Join in.

So what do you need?

A mat, a journal, a pen and a willingness to open your heart to  yourself. Wear something comfy, bring a blanket and let me guide you  through this magical, loving flow!
