The way to get the greatest benefit from yoga, pilates or meditation is to make a commitment to yourself to practice regularly. We have lots of regular weekly classes, morning, afternoon and evening, seven days a week to help you do just that.

Yoga For Beginners
Courses: various dates
Exactly what it says! We run these courses to give you a solid foundation in the basics of yoga, helping familiarise you with common postures, movements and breath work.
A four week series that engages both complete beginners and those in need to refreshing or refinement in the fundamental principles and techniques of Pilates.
Pilates is a low-impact, high reward full body practise, that centres around the mind-body connection, full body awareness and conscious breath. It aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment, flexibility, mobility and balance, leaving you feeling calm and confident.
Enjoy this mindful series as a way to keep on top of your Pilates technique and form.
We recommend booking and attending the whole series to get you off to the best possible start. Run as short series taking you through the fundamentals, building your confidence and skill set, honing your strength and mobility, before refreshing you on the basics again to keep your technique perfected!
Pilates Stretch & Flow
An ongoing series of 45 minute Stretchy Pilates class welcoming both beginners and those with a little experience who are looking for engaging, low impact, full body movement to build core strength, improve posture and boost flexibility and balance.
Working with conscious breath, this flowing class will help you to unwind and relieve stress, yet leave you feel energised; your muscles feeling loose and long, your body feeling more open, and your mind feeling refreshed.
We recommend booking and attending the whole series to get you off to the best possible start but PAYG students are also welcome.
Classic yoga. A perfect for "improvers" or anyone wishing to move at a slower pace or improve their confidence with yoga postures, movement, breathwork & relaxation.
Easy Going Yoga - Improvers Series
Run in month long series focusing in different elements of the modern postural yoga experience, to give you deeper understanding and experience of your body, alignment and knowledge. We'd recommend committing to the full series but welcome students to PAYG with these classes too.
Yoga Flow & Restore
Move mindfully through slow flowing vinyasa and gently restorative stretches, listening and responding to your body, cultivating strength and balance, before settling into gorgeous guided relaxation.
This Restorative Flow will leave you feeling lighter, brighter and totally chilled out.
This is a fantastic class for beginners, or anyone who wants a good stretch and time to relax and take care of themselves.
A joyful, gentle blend of yoga, pilates and tai chi, utilising mindful movement, somatic techniques and neuro-muscular isolation to optimise movement, protect against injury, support joints and calm the nervous system and bring harmony to body and soul.
Suitable for all abilities. Beginners are very welcome.
Full Body Restore & Meditation
Surrender your body and mind to the mat. In this soulful yoga class, you will slow your body & mind through meditation & long, deeply held poses to access your fascia and connective tissue, as well as find stillness & ease in your body.
"Vinyasa" means "to place in a special way" and you can expect a flowing physical practice moving in mindful harmony with the breath, exploring a blend on traditional and modern postures, pranayama (breathwork), meditation and guided relaxation.
Intermediate / Mixed ability. Beginners are very welcome though should be aware this can be a strong and dynamic practice.
Breath & Meditation
A class focusing on elements of yoga beyond the physical practice. In these classes you are invited to explore pranayama (breath), meditation, mantra and philosophy. Learn to cultivate calm, awareness, focus and peace.
No experience needed, beginners very welcome.
If a class is fully booked please feel welcome to join the waiting list by selecting the class and clicking the green "Join waiting list" button.

Please note thatif there are no bookings 12 hours before the start time classes may be cancelled.
SAFETY AT THE STUDIO
We have decided to prioritise safety and comfort and will be capping class numbers to allow 1metre+ distancing. We will also be keeping our doors & windows open for fresh air ventilation, and ask that you kindly wear a mask when not on your mat (this can be removed during class).
Single Pass: 45min classes: £10.50 / 60min classes from £13.50 / 75 min classes from £15
30 Day Studio Pass - 4 Classes in 30 Days: £50
30 Day Studio Pass - 8 Classes in 30 Days: £80
To use a pass, simply add one to your Basket along with at least one of the classes you wish to redeem against it. The pass will then be linked to your account for further use. Please note passes are non-refundable and non-extendable.

We cannot permit walk-in's due to space limitation - advance online booking is essential.
Places can be booked up to one month ahead. Please be aware that if a class does not have sufficient numbers to go ahead 24 hours before the start time, the class may be cancelled.
TERMS OF BOOKING & CANCELLATION
Please be aware bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE and are NON-TRANSFERABLE as we navigate these challenging times, so please ensure you are able to attend before you book.
There may occasionally be a change of teacher due to illness or emergencies. No refunds or exchanges will be given if there is a cover teacher.
By making a booking with Sarvanga Yoga you are agreeing to the above terms and take full responsibility for managing your bookings. To be fair to all students we cannot make exceptions to this policy.
On attending any session you agree to take full responsibility for your personal health and wellbeing for the full duration of the session.
ALL PASSES UNUSED FROM LOCKDOWN 2020 HAVE BEEN EXTENDED TO ALLOW FOR COVID-19 CLOSURE. EXTENSION WILL EXPIRE 20th DECEMBER 2021. To use your 2020 pass to book a Course, Series or other event please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance as this cannot be done on the system.
