Calm & Ease

These classes offer a slower pace and easeful approach, welcoming to one and all.

Beginners Yoga Courses: see our courses page

Hatha Flow: classes exploring posture, breath and relaxation with an emphasis on proper alignment and a comfortable pace. Calm and a great foundation to get you started or keep you centred.

Yin / Yin & Restore: slow down and relax with gentle pace, lots of long held floor based postures, using bolsters and other props, with time to be still, relax into the practice and breathe.

Kundalini: a blend of movement, breath (pranayama), meditation and chanting, this beautifully spiritual form of yoga has a gentle but powerful focus on awakening energy held in the body. All levels are welcome.

Healing Flow: a blend of traditional yoga with other movement forms such as dance and tai chi intended to promote healing, recovery and general wellbeing. All levels, excellent post illness or injury.

Qigong & Sound: a gentle and accessible practice promoting calm, balance and a healthy flow of energy. All levels are welcome. The sessions finish with a blissful sound bath.

Energise & Grow

Strengthening practices inviting you to move and breath your way to peace and rejuvination.

Yin Yang Yoga: a perfect balance of flowing vinyasa style sequences and still, introspective yin postures.

Vinyasa Yoga: Flowing sequences of asana (postures) often with a blend of both traditional and modern approaches. Tuning into the body-breath connection, this practice becomes a moving meditation.

Dynamic Vinyasa: Vinyasa, but kicked up a notch! With influence from the "stronger" styles of yoga such as Ashtanga, Power and Rocket, this is an energised practice that offers options for progression and challenge.
