The way to get the greatest benefit from yoga, pilates or meditation is to make a commitment to yourself to practice regularly. We have lots of regular weekly classes, morning, afternoon and evening, seven days a week to help you do just that.

We cannot permit walk-in's due to space limitation - advance online booking is essential.

Places can be booked several weeks ahead. Please be aware that if a class does not have sufficient numbers to go ahead 24 hours before the start time, the class may be cancelled.

Please be aware bookings may be NON-REFUNDABLE and are NON-TRANSFERABLE so please ensure you are able to attend before you book and note individual cancellation terms on booking.

There may occasionally be a change of teacher due to illness or emergencies. No refunds or exchanges will be given if there is a cover teacher.

By making a booking with Sarvanga Yoga you are agreeing to the above terms and take full responsibility for managing your bookings. To be fair to all students we cannot make exceptions to this policy.

On attending any session you agree to take full responsibility for your personal health and wellbeing for the full duration of the session.
