The way to get the greatest benefit from yoga, pilates or meditation is to make a commitment to yourself to practice regularly. We have lots of regular weekly classes, morning, afternoon and evening, seven days a week to help you do just that.

SAFETY AT THE STUDIO
We have decided to prioritise safety and comfort and will be capping class numbers to allow 1metre+ distancing. We will also be keeping our doors & windows open for fresh air ventilation, and ask that you kindly wear a mask when not on your mat (this can be removed during class).
PLEASE BOOK ONLINE IN ADVANCE
We cannot permit walk-in's due to space limitation - advance online booking is essential.
Places can be booked up to one month ahead. Please be aware that if a class does not have sufficient numbers to go ahead 24 hours before the start time, the class may be cancelled.
TERMS OF BOOKING & CANCELLATION
Please be aware bookings may be NON-REFUNDABLE and are NON-TRANSFERABLE as we navigate these challenging times, so please ensure you are able to attend before you book and note individual cancellation terms on booking.
There may occasionally be a change of teacher due to illness or emergencies. No refunds or exchanges will be given if there is a cover teacher.
By making a booking with Sarvanga Yoga you are agreeing to the above terms and take full responsibility for managing your bookings. To be fair to all students we cannot make exceptions to this policy.
On attending any session you agree to take full responsibility for your personal health and wellbeing for the full duration of the session.
ALL PASSES UNUSED FROM LOCKDOWN 2020 WERE AUTOMATICALLY EXTENDED BY SEVERAL MONTHS AND FURTHER EXTENSION WAS INVITED BY REQUEST UNTIL 20TH DECEMBER 2021.
