Welcome! Please feel free to browse our class types below and further down in the schedule you will find more information, dates, costs, availability and booking.


With the relaxation of Covid restrictions from 19th July, we will no longer be limited to just 5 spaces per class. To celebrate we are making a return to flexible/weekly bookings (and crossing our fingers we will be able to pay the rent!)

Although pre-covid our studio accommodated 15+ mats per class, we have decided to prioritise safety and comfort during what may be an uneasy transition for some, and will be capping class numbers around 9 mats, which allows for 1metre+ distancing. We will also be keeping our doors & windows open for fresh air ventilation, and ask that you kindly wear a mask whilst when not on your mat.


Single Pass: £15

30 Day Studio Pass - 4 Class in 30 Days: £50

30 Day Studio Pass - 8 Class in 30 Days: £80

To use a pass, simply add one to your Basket along with at least one of the classes you wish to redeem against it. The pass will then be linked to your account for further use. Please note passes are non-refundable and non-extendable.

We cannot permit walk-in's due to space limitation - advance online booking is essential.

Please be aware that if a class does not have sufficient numbers to go ahead 24 hours before the start time, the class may be cancelled. Places can be booked up to one month ahead.


Hatha / Easy Going Yoga

Great for beginners

A perfect introduction to yoga for complete beginners or anyone wishing to move at a slower pace or improve their  confidence with yoga postures, movement, breathwork & relaxation.


Vinyasa Flow

Mixed ability / intermediate

Flowing dynamic yoga challenging your strength, flexibility and balance. A form of meditation in motion encouraging you to build mental focus before settling into blissful savasana relaxation.


Restorative Flow

All levels, beginners welcome

Gently flowing yoga, space to relax and wind down with a blend of gentle movement, beginner friendly yoga postures and guided relaxation which will leave you feeling light, bright and totally chilled out.


Full Body Restore & Meditation

All levels,  beginners welcome

Surrender your body and mind to the mat. In this soulful yoga class, you will slow your body & mind through meditation & long, deeply held poses to access your fascia and connective tissue, as well as find stillness & ease in your body.

Pilates is a low-impact, empowering full body practise that centres around the mind-body connection and full body awareness. It aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.

Join former Britsh squad athlete Hollyanna for a unquie, mindful and compassionate approach to strength, stability and balance. Reduce stress and improve your fitness and mobility with this blend of yoga, tai chi and pilates.


If a class is fully booked         please feel welcome to join the waiting list by selecting the class and clicking the green "Join waiting list" button.

No need to create an account first - this will happen automatically when you book your first class.

Please be aware bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE and are NON-TRANSFERABLE as we navigate these challenging times, so please ensure you are able to attend before you book. Class series will continue online in the event of studio closure and in this instance normal studio cancellation policy will apply and refunds will not be due. Thank you for your understanding in this uncertain time.

~ Should you miss a class in the studio you are welcome to request access to an online class for free.
~ There may occasionally be a change of teacher due to illness or emergencies. No refunds or exchanges will be given if there is a cover teacher.

By making a booking with Sarvanga Yoga you are agreeing to the above terms and take full responsibility for managing your bookings. To be fair to all students we cannot make exceptions to this policy.

On attending any session you agree to take full responsibility for your personal health and wellbeing for the full duration of the session.
