We're Open! Hooray!

By neccessity things are a little different, with small group classes, a new schedule and some changes in organisation and pricing, and we won't be supplying any shared equipment.   Yoga mats and yoga equipment will be available for purchase at class.

Over August we will run a small schedule of indoor & outdoor classes, with a larger schedule and the completion of courses returning for the Autumn.  Please subscribe for updates.
 

Please scroll down to find the class you would like to attend.  All classes & courses are listed below up to one week ahead.  We are currently unable to take bookings further ahead, to allow to flexibility in the face of Covid-19 restrictions. Thank you for you patience and your understanding.

Mondays 8pm - Vinyasa wih Amelia

Tuesdays 10am - Vinyasa with Rebecca

Wednesdays 7pm - Vinyasa with Rebecca

Thursday 10am - Vinyasa Flow with Rebecca

Thursday 8pm - Flow & Restore wih Amelia

Fridays 5pm - Yin + Restore with Rebecca

Saturdays 12:30pm - Outdoor Yoga with Rebecca

Sundays 10am - Flow & Restore with Amelia

Booking opens one week in advance

Exisiting class passes have been extended and can be redeemed as usual.

If a class is fully booked         please feel welcome to join the waiting list by selecting the class and clicking the green "Join waiting list" button.

No need to create an account - this will happen automattically when you book your first class.

TERMS OF BOOKING & CANCELLATION

Please be aware bookings are non-refundable and may be non-transferable so please ensure you are able to attend before you book. However we appreciate that sometimes things change, please see below for our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

By making a booking you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. You will find a copy of this information in your confirmation email.

~ Please see NHS advice and do not attend classes should you or someone you have been in contact with have any of the symptoms of Covid-19. Please be aware that the cancellation policy still applies. If you late cancel (within 24 hours) please still do let us know via the online cancellation system not to expect you. Thank you for helping to protect our comminuty.

~ Should restrictions due to Covid-19 impact our ability to host a scheduled classes in-person, all scheduled classes will be move online (using Zoom), and in this instance normal studio cancellation policy will apply and refunds will not be due. Thank you for your understanding in this uncertain time.

~ With at least 24 HOURS notice prior to the start time you can transfer your booked classes via the online booking system to another class WITHIN 7 DAYS. Please understand this is availability dependent, we cannot guarantee availability, nor can we transfer beyond 7 days.

~ Please be aware that cancellations and transfers cannot be made via text or email. Cancellations or transfers must be made via the online system (SEE BELOW FOR INSTRUCTIONS).

~ We understand that late cancellations are sometimes unavoidable – but cancelling late or not attending at all often stops other students from booking places in that class. If you cancel a class booking within 24 hours of the class start time or do not attend, the class cannot be credited back to you or refunded.

~ You may allow a friend or family member to use the ticket if you are unable to attend.

 

HOW TO TRANSFER OR CANCEL A CLASS

~ To transfer your booking please log in to your account OR go to your confirmation email, click “view booking”, go to revelant booking and select “ticket options” and then “transfer ticket” and choose your new date.

~ If you wish to cancel completely rather than transfer please select "cancel" instead of "transfer" but please remember cancellations cannot be refunded, so we recommend you transfer to a later date.

 

CHANGES TO THE SCHEDULE / COVER TEACHERS

Classes with fewer than three bookings may be cancelled and refunds / transfers offered.

There may occasionally be a change of teacher. No refunds or exchanges will be given if there is a cover teacher, and the 24-hour cancellation rule still applies. If we cancel any course, class or event you will be refunded in full, or if you prefer, we can transfer your booking to another similar session.

By making a booking with Sarvanga Yoga you are agreeing to the above terms and take full responsibility for managing your bookings. On attending any session you agree to take full responsibility for your personal health and wellbeing for the full duration of the session.

CLASS PASSES

No longer available for purchase.

Passes are intended for regular attendance, if you choose to use a 5 / 10 class pass, these are non-refundable either in part or full and cannot be extended so please ensure you are able to use your pass within the stated time restriction (60 / 120 days). ALL EXISTING PASSES HAVE BEEN EXTENDED TO ALLOW FOR COVID-19 CLOSURE.

Class bookings may still be transferred to a new date as described above, with 24 hours notice via the online system. You may allow a friend or family member to use the pass instead or share the passes out as a couple / family.
