Five Minute Meditation


 

 
Need to a few moments out of your crazy day? Feeling anxious? Or would you just like a few minutes to yourself?


 

 
I love this mini meditation for it's simplicity and it's amazing ability to ground me wherever I am. I hope you love it too.


 

 
Find a quiet spot if you can, and switch off calls on your phone. And if you find it hard to focus, don't worry, it's natural, just take a breath, relax and don't try too hard. The intention is more important than perfection.
