Cancellation Policy

As appointments and places in classes are limited it is important that we operate a fair booking policy to ensure those who wish to attend have the best possible chance of booking a class. ​All sales are final. Please check the date you are booking and make sure you are able to attend the class as refunds are not available. Class pass purchases. Passes are intended for regular attendance and block booking is recommended at the time of purchase as far ahead as possible to ensure you have a place on your preferred class. Places cannot be guaranteed until bookings have been made. Purchase of a pass does not guarantee availability of your desired class. When purchasing a pass please send an email to rebecca@sarvanga.co.uk with your requested dates. Early cancellations (up to 24 hours before start of class): Group class bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance via email to rebecca@sarvanga.co.uk or text to 07855684733. If you paid by class pass, your class will be credited back to you. If you paid online you can reschedule your booking to the same class type on a later date (please let me know in your email your preferred rescheduled date). Late cancellations (within 24 hours of start of class): Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time cannot be credited back to your pass or rescheduled. No shows or missed classes cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Drop in yoga at St Pauls Parish Rooms: This class is the only exception to late cancellation – this class may be rescheduled to an alternative date providing cancellation is made at any time prior to the class start. Events, workshops*: As with other booking refunds are not available. If you have given 24 hours notice I may offer you an alternative date should I be able to. ​Private bookings: Please note that we can only provide a full refund or alternative date for early cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start date. For any other cancellations there can be no refunds or transfers unless. Courses** Places on courses cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Missed sessions cannot be transferred. In the event of cancellation by Sarvanga Yoga you will be offered either a refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event. ​* Any non-weekly class ** Any course of one or more dates such as Children’s Yoga.
