From 12 weeks into your pregnancy find gentle ways to strengthen, stretch and relax during my pregnancy yoga classes. These are a fab way to meet other expectant mum's and explore yoga during pregnancy in greater depth

No prior experience is necessary but please do inform me of any health concerns  before class starts.

Find gentle ways to strengthen, stretch and relax during our pregnancy yoga classes. These are a fab way to meet other expectant mums and explore yoga, meditation and breathwork during pregnancy. You may join at any time during pregnancy, though many do prefer to wait until the three month mark. Please always check with your doctor before beginning a new activity during pregnancy.

Mum & Baby Postnatal Yoga

£60 for 6 weeks

Wednesdays 11:15am - Next 6 week course TBC

A gently strengthening postnatal yoga course with Sophie for mum where babies are welcome to join in or sit and watch, nap, feed, play or be cuddled and make all the noise they want! Helping you to ease tension, back pain and stress whilst gaining strength and spending quite time in the company of other mums and babies. Plus you learn some lovely soothing baby massage techniques too!

Suitable after your 6 week check up until around 6 months or when you feel ready to move on. No experience required and all babies are welcome!

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?

No experience needed

Please always check with your doctor before beginning a new activity during pregnancy.

Bring a bottle of water

Arrive a few minutes early to get settled in - shoes and phones off please!

Let your teacher know of any health concerns - fill out and return this form by hand or via email.

CAN I JOIN A "NORMAL" CLASS?

If you cannot make it to our pregnancy yoga class time, you may be safe to join a "normal" class instead.

This will dependent on the nature of the class and the qualifications of the teacher.

If you have never done yoga pre-pregnancy we would not advise joining a non-pregnancy class without a one-to-one session or at minimum a chat with us first - this is to keep you safe and cared for.

If you have a strong exisiting practice and feel well then joining a class with a suitable teacher should be fine.

Please just contact us to ask before signing up to any non-pregnancy specific classes :)
