From 12 weeks into your pregnancy find gentle ways to strengthen, stretch and relax during my pregnancy yoga classes. These are a fab way to meet other expectant mum's and explore yoga during pregnancy in greater depth

No prior experience is necessary but please do inform me of any health concerns  before class starts.

Mum & Baby Postnatal Yoga

£60 for 6 weeks

Wednesdays 9:30am - Next 6 week course starts Nov 6th | FULLY BOOKED

A gently strengthening yoga course with Sophie for mum where babies are welcome to join in or sit and watch, nap, feed, play or be cuddled and make all the noise they want! Helping you to ease tension, back pain and stress whilst gaining strength and spending quite time in the company of other mums and babies.

Suitable after your 6 week check, until babies are too mobile to want to join in! No experience required and all babies are welcome!

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?

No experience needed

Suitable from 14 weeks into your pregnancy (always check with your doctor before beginning a new activity)

Bring a bottle of water

Arrive a few minutes early to get settled in - shoes and phones off please!

Let your teacher know of any health concerns - fill out and return this form by hand or via email.
