Private yoga lessons are the ultimate way  of getting the most out of your yoga or meditation practice. 


Whether you are a complete beginner, wish to deepen your existing practice, are recovering from illness or injury, or simply wish to practice at a pace of your own, 1-2-1 yoga offers the unique opportunity to tailor your practice completely to you.


Private yoga lessons can also be the perfect introduction to the art of self-practice, enabling you to safely learn postures and sequences, building your knowledge and confidence under the guidance of an experienced and understanding teacher.

Some students choose to have sessions of pure relaxation, enjoying guided meditations and breath work (and I can provide recordings to help you sleep!).

In addition to your lesson, regular students are welcome to request personalised self-practice plans to work with in your own time.
